Mr. Holcombe held true to his word when he was unsatisfied with the finish on a couple of areas. He redid those sections immediately and without any additional charges. He told me during that interaction that while the walkway was going to be structurally fine, it didn't meet his standards ascetically. Obviously it added a little more time to the job but I didn't mind. He and his crew worked efficiently, were very respectful to my property, and cleaned up after themselves. The whole experience has been great and he has contacted me since completing the job to ensure that I was still happy with everything. OKCrete is the real deal. I will be a repeat customer without a doubt.Update 3/13/21:I meant what I said about being a repeat customer of OKCrete. I was so pleased with the previous work they did that I had them back out to pour a new front porch and set a new post.
